Called & left a voicemail on my cellphone and threatened with a summons.

Calls daily and doesn't leave any messages

asking for money $100.00,then 50.00,then 25.00 I said send something in the mail he said he had my address and read it to me,it was correct,i told him i can not send no money now ,then he wanted me to give him a credit card #, Im not STUPID i did not call him he called me.Did he think i was that dumb.I said send it in the mail I said i would don.$15.00 knowing even if something was sent in the mail i would not do iti did give him my email adress cause he said it was for the democrate party,he sound like something was not right with him.

I can validate what Chris wrote. They did the same thing to me. I asked for their web address and the man hung up. Of course this was after I asked them to ask their questions before I would even consider answering them. He asked three short questions. 1) What is your date of birth 2) Wanted a card number or banking information 3) what would I do with the $7,000 grand money?

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. Same thing her.I received a phone call from this number saying they were from UPS and calling re an outstanding bill. I have not dealt with UPS in about 4 years so obviously a scam.

Calls and never responds when I answer. I'm 79 years old and don't appreciate the harrassment

Called asking for my daughter 10 times in the last 3 days... never leaves a message. Answered once and said she wasn't here.

At 12:40 am I recieved a call with no responce (hang up?). The duration was 5 seconds , I am trying to locate information on the caller. Thanks you
